CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with Randi, it means that I have reserved time in my schedule exclusively for you. *ALL RETAINER FEES (DEPOSITS) ARE NON REFUNDABLE* CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total for your missed appointment (via your card on file). Emergencies are an exception. LATENESS: Things happen! We strongly encourage you to show up on time to your appointment. Lateness results in having less time to service you. Therefore, we cannot put in our best work. NO SHOW POLICY: Those who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without communication or notice will be charged 100% of their service fee via card on file. *Continuous negligence of proper aftercare may result in refusal of service and/or possible termination* NO EXCEPTIONS Failure to follow the listed policies ma result in termination at Randi's Lash House.
